I started my first business in 1995, a web and graphic design agency. Growing it from my living room to opening up an office, hiring five employees, and closing between 3-5 clients a week on average.
Most of it via networking and building connections that created trust, loyalty, and lifelong friends. Some of these clients started early on and have been with me as late as 2025. When I say I play the long game, I’m not kidding.
In today’s world, loyalty and trust are at an all-time low, and it’s been my mission to help other entrepreneurs overcome the distrust and build trust that lasts a lifetime.

Yes, I’m an email copywriter. But that’s just my favorite medium.

It’s all about the psychology and how you communicate with those around you to make them feel like you actually care about them and are THE Go-To person in your industry that they know, like, and trust.

With almost 3 decades of experience, I’ve worked with clients all over the place, from start-ups, to solopreneurs, to companies serving their customers all over the globe. I spent over 15 years working exclusively with clients in the coaching and speaking arena, as the systems I’ve built were created for myself when I jumped into the speaking world. However, after working with hundreds of businesses over the years, I’ve found we all have the same basic needs when it comes to communicating more effectively with our clients and creating long-term relationships to generate ongoing business growth and raving fans.

How do you work with clients?
Because I do work with clients that are both in early growth stages and those that have been established and are ready to leap to the next phase of growth in their business, I’ve got a few ways that I can help you.
For those that are in early growth and don’t have the budget for a full Done-For-You program, The Follow Up Rockstar System Consulting/Coaching is the perfect solution.
Basically, you’re going to learn my methodology and be pushing all the buttons. However, I’ll be there to help you along the way, review your projects as you build your machine, and guide you to what buttons to push in what order. This is perfect for solopreneurs and those with a small team, maybe a VA that’s helping you with your tech.
Now, if you’re at that level where you just need a specialist to come in and build it for you, My team and I can do that as well. I limit how many clients I take in that capacity at a time, and if we talk and I offer you that as an option, that means I like you and think we’ll have a lot of fun working together to grow your business.
Seriously, when we’re going to talk every week, I’m part of your team, and we need to gel from the beginning. Most clients that come in at this level know the value of time and are ready to invest knowing that even a small increase in engagement in their prospects and clients can result in a huge impact on their business growth.
